Dreiseitenkipper-Aufbau mit Kran FASSI F195A.2.24 E-DYNAMIC aufgebaut direkt hinter dem Fahrerhaus (Kran mit Top Ausstattung: Funkfernsteuerung, Hydraulische Stützbeine per Funkbetrieb, Arbeitsscheinwerfer, usw.)

Unterbau:
Unterbau als solide Stahlschweißkonstruktion, zwei Längsträger mit Querträgern zur Aufnahme des 5 mm starken Kipperprofils und der 4 mm Bodenplatte aus Hardox oder Naxtra. Eine 1.000 mm hohe Stahl-Stirnwand in feststehend, mit 2 Rundösen im inneren Bereich, ganz Außen auf halber Höhe. Eckrungen feststehend mit untenliegenden Verschlüssen. Heck- und Seitenwände (Einteilig über ganze Länge) werden aus Aluminium-Hohlprofilen gefertigt, Seitenwände abklappbar und pendelnd mit Bordwandhebehilfe. Heckklappe ebenfalls abklappbar und pendelnd aufgehängt, mit Zentralverriegelung im Kipperprofil. Bodenplatte aus Hardox oder Naxtra in einer Stärke von 4 mm, diese mit dem Kipperprofil und den Längs- bzw. Querträgern sauber verschweißt. Pressentraverse und Kippausleger in den Längsträgern eingelassen und entsprechend verstärkt. Zurrösen (4 pro Seite) jeweils außen im Kipperboden auf die Länge verteilt. Stahlkonstruktion wird in St 52-3 ausgeführt. Alle Stahlteile werden sandgestrahlt, Aufbauteile in RAL 9016 einfarbig Lackiert oder Pulverbeschichtet.
Hilfsrahmen:
Hilfsrahmen zur Aufnahme der vorderen und hinteren Kippausleger, mit Pressentraverse und Quertraversen. Im Kranaufbaubereich als Kastenprofil geschlossen mit seitlichen Kranmontageplatten. Kunststoffkotflügel sind am Fahrzeug vorhanden und werden übernommen und ggf. geändert.
Hydraulik:
Montage des pneumatischen Steuerventils im Fahrerhaus Kipper / Kran / Anhänger und der gesamten Hydraulikanlage incl. aller Verrohrungsarbeiten, in Bezug auf die Dreiseitenkippbrücke, Anhängerkipphydraulik und den Ladekran. Lieferung und Montage der entsprechenden Axialkolbenpumpe als Konstantpumpe.
