Das Mähwerk ist mit 5 Mähscheiben ausgestattet der Firma Comer aus Italien. Jede Mähscheibe ist mit 2 Messerklingen ausgestattet.
Die Scheibenmähwerke zeichnen sich durch ihre kompakte, robuste Bauweise und einem funktionellem Design aus.
Das Mähwerk wird an die Kat.2 oder 3 Aufhängung Ihres Traktors montiert und von einer Zapfwelle mit 540 U/min vom Traktor angetrieben.
Das Mähwerk wird von 4 Keilriemen angetrieben.
Weiterhin verfügt das Mähwerk über eine Anfahrsicherung, die als Schutz vor Überlastung und vor Gegenstände dient.
Beim Fahren gegen einen Gegenstand klappt das Mähwerk nach hinten. Durch ein kurzes Rückwärtsfahren gelangt das Mähwerk wieder in die Normalposition und es kann wieder weiter gemäht werden.
Durch einen Hydraulikzylinder kann das Mähwerk seitlich hoch geklappt werden. Benötigt wird dafür ein einfachwirkender Hydraulikanschluß am Traktor.
Das Scheibenmähwerk ist in den Größen 210cm, 250cm und 280cm lieferbar.
